New Features: 

• 2 Factor Authentication: for Dashboard Users: See article for more info.
• More Late Fee Options: We've added a new late fee that can be triggered on a specific day of the month and can be a percentage of the overall total unit balance. Or a percentage of the specific late invoiced line items (by category). Here's a video to show you how it works! Video:

• We revamped the process when "porting a phone number" to your HOA for use with the phone/texting services. Support article
• Unit > unit history: we're now keeping track of one more logged event - deleting a payment method
• Amenity Reservations: we added some verbiage on the reservations page to help the end user know when notifications will be sent. 
• Text Messages: We worked on the filtering and front end view of the texting page. We are now showing the "automated texts" with an easy to recognize icon. and we can filter by the "Unread" messages so that no returning text messages get lost in the big mass text messages that go out.
• Fee listener - We updated the billing code so that if a transaction 'fails,' we keep the invoice processing fee in the billing history as unpaid. 
• Under the Request > Types: we added the drag and drop ordering of the types. So they can re-order the types in the order that they wish.
• Violations: We improved sending communications via email or print. For Violations—when sending communication via email or print—we added a "folder icon" next to the attachment icon. If you've already uploaded images to the violation, you can now add those existing images directly to the email body instead of re-uploading them. 

•  Email threads weren't opening properly when you clicked on the expand line. This occurred sporadically when large images were attached to the thread. We are now replacing big image data with URLs from our buckets. Fixed!
•  Approvals: Approvals with the acceptance type of  "Equal to 50% or greater" was automatically denying the approval at 50%. Instead of remaining open/pending to wait and see if the rest of the approvers voted approved. (fixed!)
• Fixed a scenario where the count of 'new' calls in the phone number menu was incorrect. 
• Phone Calls: When you clicked the options for phone calls, the "delete" button was actually archiving the call. So we updated this verbiage to be consistent with the action.
• Isolated issue where someone tried to submit a request and got an "invalid API response error"; we located the issue which had to do with images within the form and fixed it.
• Fixed a bug when you hit the multiple units payment button; only 1 unit's invoices showed up. 
• Fixed a scenario where a transaction on a reconciliation couldn't be marked as matched. We fixed some other reconciliation issues.
• Fixed a scenario where the 'attachments' in an email weren't showing up from an HOA email.
• Fixed how the 2nd address line shows up on printed invoices; we were showing a blank row if they didn't have one and now we're removing the blank row. 
• Email Settings - Auto Responder. The formatting of the content wasn't "saving properly"; we fixed this. 
• On the General Ledger export. if the transaction had an attachment, it was showing "Font Awesome" in the spreadsheet cell. We fixed this. 
• Amenity Reservations: we fixed the Time zone issue to take into consideration what time zone the user is in. 
• An error was showing up when a bank account is transferred from one chart of account to another. - ledger balance wasn't coming through on the transactions page or reconciliation page (fixed)
• Bug where the "due amount" placeholder wasn't pulling in the value that it should in the automated email. (fixed!)
• Request Form wasn't showing the images as thumbnails in the form (fixed!)
• General Text  - On mobile devices, we couldn't see the new options (fixed!)
• Fixed a Calendar bug were we were ignoring the expiration date, but on websites we missed that validation (fixed!)
