- Email > system generated emails page: we worked on the load time optimization of this page
- Unit > Unit History: we added a log event of when a payment method is deleted to keep a more accurate log of what's happening.
- Contractors communications: On the contractors pages we added a little communications area so we are keeping track of emails/texts from the contractors kinda like we do with the owners pages. (the communications are still in the main email inbox, text inbox, but they'll also show in the individual contractors pages)
- Website: Image carousal widget: For the description area we added text editor tools to help with customization.
- Reports > Export Data Report: We updated the header names to more accurately match so it's not confusing which address is the unit vs the mailing address.
- Violations: When there is an image saved in the violation and you go to "print" a new communications within the violations you can now easily select already uploaded images to attach inside the printed letter.
- Community forum posts: We added a functionality to suspend users from making posts in the community forum: help article
- Amenities Caledar: We added a "Print Calendar" button for the Amenities calendar.
- Units > Payment methods > ACH. When someone selects either savings or checking during setup, we now show the exact type selected instead of just ACH.
- Accounting: We're now able to sort the GL by the Account ID. we're also showing the account ID on the profit and loss report
- Website > events: we are now showing past events in the calendar view like they do in the list view. Along with this we added pagination to help the pages load quicker instead of being slowed down.
Bug Fixes
- We fixed an Owner CSV scenario where there were special unique characters showing up in some of the owners names.
- We recovered some emails that the system automatically filtered out from going into a few HOA inboxes. it was limited to a few HOA's for a few days in the beginning of september. We discovered the issue, recovered them and restored them.
- Time Zone for forum posts. There were some time zone issues where immediately after a new post it was showing "posted 6 hours ago" (fixed!)
- General ledger reporting issue: missing a few transactions. (fixed!)
- Website front end pages: We are making the menu responsive to the number of pages. if there are a lot of pages then we are making a "more" dropdown for the HOA website menu. we also fixed a bug where the fonts weren't be respected from the old UI that we were using.
- Fixed a bug with the reconciliation balances
- Error of "text editor not found" when click on contractor. Fixed.
- Forum was showing the database original user name instead of the owner name (fixed!)
- Signature not showing up in request forms. (fixed!)
- Request form is not showing when it's create by the board and the "owner will fill out form" option is selected. (fixed!) Also: Add file option does not work on the owner side when creating a request. (fixed!)
