Email Signatures are used frequently in HOAs. An email signature is a block of text that automatically appears at the end of an email message. It typically includes the sender's contact information such as their name title company phone number and email address. To setup an email signature for your HOA go to Inbox- Email Text and Phone on the main menu in the dashboard and click on "Email Settings". For more information, visit
