We have a few cases where the legal owner of a townlouse is an LLC (this is the case in my situation). Do you have a "best practice" for how to handle this?

This can be handled in a couple of different ways. One way is to list the LLC as the primary owner and then the Owner's/Contact name as the Secondary Owner. Another good way I have seen this done is to put the LLC name as the owner and then, in parenthesis, put the contact name. Those are the two most common practices.
