Voting/Survey Groups

When setting up a voting or a survey campaign you can create custom groups of recipients you would like to send those campaigns to. These groups differ from the Email/Text groups that the EasyHOA software allows you to build when communicating on a broad level to owners in the HOA via email and/or text.

To setup a new voting/survey group go to Voting-Surveys in the main menu and click on the “Groups” button on the top of the page and then click on “New Group” off to the right of the page. You will come to a page that looks like this:

 

 

 

Name your group and then select which recipients you would like to include in the group and then click on “Save” down at the bottom of the page
