Voting/Survey Forms

Forms are the meat and potatoes of any voting or survey campaign. Forms are used to gather information when you want the owners in an HOA to vote for something or when you want to get survey results from owners in your HOA.

You need to have forms built when creating a new voting or survey campaign. These forms should be created before you create your voting/survey campaign but if you forget to create the form before creating the campaign, its ok, the EasyHOA software allows you to create a new form when creating a new voting/survey campaign.

To create a new “Form” to be used for a voting or survey campaign, go to Voting-Surveys and click on “Forms” and then click on “New Form”. The “new form” page will look like this:

 

The form builder has a main menu on the left where you can build out a custom form with questions you would like to ask in your campaign. The form builder allows you to customize the format of the form.

Note: When owners fill out these forms either through a link in their email, a text on their phone, or through their online owner portal, the EasyHOA software is equipped with an Autosave feature so if the owner partially answers the questions in the form, it will autosave their progress so when the owner comes back to the page to finish the questions on the form their progress will still be there and will not be deleted or lost.
