If you go to dashboard>reports and then click on the violations report it will load the violations report page. If you look at the top you will see that it loads the current violations information as of today. At the top of this report you will see a dropdown where you can change the year and then below this at the top of the report you will see a table showing total open violations, total number of units in violation, and percent of total units in violation. To the right you can see a graph that displays the open violations by age, 1-15 days old, 16-30 days old, 31-60 days old, and 60+ days old. At the top right of this report there is an "export PDF" button where you can download and print this report if needed. The next section on this reports page is the monthly violations report section. You can also change the year on this section by changing the dropdown and then clicking, "load report" out to the right. This monthly violations report section shows new violations, closed violations, and violations fees paid by month. To the right of this you will see a section called "violation types". This violation types section shows the violation type and the number of new and closed violation types. You can sort this section by year and month and click "load types report" button to change the date. Under this violations types section there is also a "hide types with no activity" setting so that it will only show types of violations that have some activity and then lastly in this section you can also click on an "export PDF" button to export just the violations types report. Once the PDF is download it can be printed or emailed. At the very bottom of this page there is "violations past due" section that will list all violations that are past due with the associated unit, owner, fee title, amount, and days behind. These are all the sections on the violations report with their associated functions.
