The Team Members Page

The "team members" page is accessed by clicking on or hovering over the blue icon of a building at the top of the page and then clicking on "my team". The my team page is where you add, delete, or manage people you want to have access to the hoa management software. To give anyone access to the HOA management software for your community you must add them as a team member on this page. Only property manager admin users can add or remove team members. If you are not logged in as a property manager admin user you will not see the blue building icon. Note: If the icon of the blue building is not showing up at the top of the page it means that your user level access is not "property manager admin". There are 4 levels of team member access. 1- Property Manager Admin 2- Property Manager 3- HOA Manager 4- Limited User When you first get to this page you will see a list of all the team members currently created with columns that show their name, role, email, type, associations, creation date, last login date, and a delete column. To delete a team member you simply find their name in the list and click the delete garbage can icon out to the right of their name. At the top of the page there is a search bar where you can search for a specific member. You will want to be aware that for any member of the community to have access to the software they must be added here as a team member. This could be anyone on committees or the board. And when those community members are done serving on the board or a committee and don't need access to the software anymore you would need to come to this page and delete them from the my team page. At the top right of this page there is a "+" button where you would add a team member. This will take you to the new team members page where you will add their name, email, role, their user type, and password. You will also be able to choose which modules you want to give them access to. Once you have everything filled out the way you want click on the "create" button at the bottom right of this page.
