This answer covers all the different features located and accessed from the Dashboard page. The dashboard page is divided into different sections. The first section located at the top right is the Past Due section of the dashboard page. Under this past due section you will see a pie graph that shows a breakdown of past due invoices and breaks it down by below 30 days, over 30 days, over 60 days, and over 90 days. Under this past due section there is also number at the top right which shows the total amount of past due invoices. If you click on this number it will take you to the past due report. The next section on the dashboard is the violations section. This violation section shows a number at the top right which represents the total number of open violations. This violations section also shows a list of violations. This list shows the title, type, status, and date the violation was opened. You can click on the name or title of the violation to go to that specific violation page. Under this violation section there is also a "more" link that you can click that will take you to the main violations page where all the violations are listed. The next section on the dashboard is the Request section this section works the same as the violations section except it shows a mini report of open requests by title, type, status, and date opened. At the bottom of this requests section there is a "more" link that if click on will take you to the main requests page. Down below these three sections of Past Due, Violations, and Requests there are four more small sections. The first one is labeled "Text" box shows you the number of unread texts at the top right of the box and then in the box there is a link you can click if you have unread texts that will take you to the main text page. The next section on the dashboard is the "email" section. This email section shows the number of unread emails and also has a link you can click that will take you to the main email inbox page. The next section on the dashboard is the "Voicemails" section. This box shows the number of voicemails that have come in and have not been listened to. There is also a link to the main phone page which. The next section on the dashboard is the "Surveys/Voting" section. This surveys/voting section shows the number of open surveys with a link that will take you to the main voting/surveys page.
