Record a Payment (Cash, Check, Paypal, Zelle, etc.)
In this article, you will learn on how to record a payment to your HOA software if the owner of the unit paid their dues outside the software. They might have used cash, check This will help you keep track of payment records.
On your Dashboard > Units > Select the unit where you want to record the payment > Make a Payment
Select the invoice/s that you want to pay for or the invoice you are making the payment on > Click Proceed Directly to Payment.
You will be directed to the Payment Summary page. Just fill out all the needed information. You can also add notes on this page. You can put like how did the owner make the payment. If it is through PayPal or other Digital Wallets. You can also include reference/transaction number for your records. Once done, you can now click on the Pay Now button.
And if they paid using Check, you can do the same thing just include the Check number then click on Pay Now button.
