How to setup a new phone number?

This is a super easy process. Simply go to your “inbox>phone” menu item. Find the button. From there you will then search the area code that you would like your number to have for the prefix and click search.

The 'forward number' is the phone number for the device that you would like the calls to actually route to. Click Validate numbers and then you're done.

How does the phone system work?

Phone Settings

Your phone will appear after you have an HOA phone number set up. Phone settings will allow you to edit..

• Your “forwarding number” (where incoming calls go to when the HOA number is called.)
• How many seconds before the system prompts for a voicemail.
  • Note: IF your phone device goes to voicemail before the number of seconds in this field, THEN the voicemail will go to your phone device instead of the software
• The voicemail prompt message that your owners will hear if nobody answers.

There is also a setting that allows you send incoming calls straight to voicemails

The Easy HOA software also allows you to manage recorded calls and archive recordings when you no longer need them in your “Inbox/to-do list”
