Instructions:

Download the file and enter the necessary information and then send the file to support@easyhoa.com and we will import the data for you so we make sure that it all gets entered correctly. We strongly recommend that you send the file to us for importing.

We do however give you the ability to import this info yourself. If you decide to do this. Then you will fill out the spreadsheet and from the “tools>import” page you will click on the button labeled “select csv” from there you will find the csv file on your computer and follow the prompts.

From there you will see cards with the title of the columns within the CSV. These cards will also have a “search column” along with the first 4 data fields in the rows that were beneath the columns in the CSV file to help you identify what column you're working with. You will need to in the “search” field for each card click and select the category and match it with the corresponding title. If the column is blank that’s ok, we still recommend matching the title.

Once you’ve matched everything click the green “continue” button and move to the next screen. The next screen should replicate the spreadsheet look and it is meant for you to review each column and row to make sure the correct info is in each one. You can also double click on the cell to edit the data if something is wrong. When you're ready you can click save and all the info will be imported into your software.
