As an association member: why should I Log in? What's in it for me?

We wanted to share this quick overview of the features and benefits to you as an association member to using the online member portal. In this video, we discuss the benefits of our software for association members. we will focus on billing, invoicing, and payments, and explain how members can access their billing history, print invoices, and make payments. We will also demonstrate how to set up auto-pay for monthly dues.

In the video number 2, we discuss the benefits of utilizing the document section, directory, and events/news features in our online portal for association members. By accessing the document section, you can view and download important documents uploaded by the association manager. The directory allows you to see all the members of the association, and you can customize your contact information visibility. Lastly, the events/news section provides updates on what's happening in your association.

In this last video we dive deeper into the topic of requests in your online account provided by your association. we explain how you can create different types of requests, such as architectural reviews, and fill out online forms. Additionally, we discuss the features of surveys and voting, where you can participate in community surveys and vote on important topics.
