The My Notifications page is located by clicking or hovering on the blue building icon at the top right of the software. You have to be logged in as a property manager user to see this blue building icon. This page has some settings related to notifications that EasyHOA sends your HOA. EasyHOA will send your HOA an automatic payment receipt each time we charge you for the software. You can turn this setting on or off on this page. We will also send your HOA an email when an automatic payment fails. If you would like to add more recipients for these two notifications, you can add them under the field labeled "Notifications Additional Email Address", just separate each email with a comma. After you make any changes on this page click the "save changes" button located at the bottom right. Below this section there is a list of all the notifications that EasyHOA has sent to your HOA. It lists the email title, action, sent to, and date sent information. If you click on the title of the notification you will be able to see the actual notification that was emailed to your HOA from EasyHOA.
