If I have the phone system setup in my software how do I set up the voicemail message?

If you are using the EasyHOA built in phone system you can set up the voicemail by going to dashboard>email, Text & phone>phone and then click on the "phone settings" button. This will bring up a pop-out form where you can set the number of seconds before the phone call forwards to voicemail as well as setup what you want your voicemail prompt to say. There is also a setting you can turn to have all phone calls go straight to voicemail instead of ringing. Anytime someone calls your HOA phone number a pre-recorded message will say, 'your call may be recorded for quality assurance purposes' and then it will start ringing. This is because we need to let the end user know that the call is being recorded.  After this pre-recorded message your custom voicemail will play.
