How to Reset Admin Password AKA Team Member Password

To gain access to the HOA management software, you will need to create that person as a team member. A team member can be a “property manager admin,” “property manager,” “HOA Manager,” or “ Limited User.” All of these users will have different levels of access to the management software depending on their type of user. To reset a password for a team member, you will need to go to the team member page, click on the name of the team member you want to reset the password for, and then click on the “send reset password email” button.
