How to Manually add owners
Navigate to the “owners” menu page. In the top right corner of the screen you’ll see a button that looks like this, click this.
Enter as much info as you can on this page. The email field will create a user login for the owner portal page for the owner to log into their own account. The system will send them an email when they first log in to validate their email address so you’ll want to make sure they have access to the email entered on this page.
*After the owner is created you will still need to connect the owner to a unit. The address entered in the setup of the owner is simply the “Mailing address” not the “unit address”.
