How does an owner setup Setup AutoPay?

Note: These are instructions for the owner to login and set themselves up for autopay. If you are the HOA manager of board member and you are assisting an owner, you can login using your administrative login and password to add “autopay” to an owners account.

Once the owner is logged in, he/she will need to find the menu for “payment settings”

 

Then, the owner can click on the (+) button to add a new payment method. Once entered, they would simply hit save!

*Note: this feature/ability is only available if your HOA has a payment processing account setup with the software.
