How do I reset the password for a board member?

To reset a password for a board member you must be logged in as a property manager login, click on the blue building icon at the top right of the software page and then click on my team. On this page click on the name of the board member that you want to work with. Once you click on the name it will take you to the edit page for that team member. Towards the left under the Edit section you will see a "send reset password email" button. Click on this button to resend the email. Once the password reset email has been sent you will see a new link under the "send reset password email" called "change password". If you click on this change password link you will be able to reset the password for that board member.
