There are two things you will need to do to delete or remove a board member. First you will need login to the software as a property manager admin user. When you are logged in as a property manager admin user you will see a blue building icon at the top right of the page. Hover over this icon and click on my team. This will take you to the my team page where you need to remove that board members login or access to the software. Find the board member you want to remove and click on the garbage can icon out to the right of their name. This will delete them from the my team page and terminate access to the HOA management software. Second you will want to go the main menu, click on the tools menu item, and then click on boards. This will take you to the boards page where you can find the board member you want to remove and click on the garbage can icon out to the right of their name to delete them from being on the board in the software. So the first step removes their login to the software and the second step removes them from the HOA board inside the software.
