Navigate to the menu page. In the top right corner of the screen you will see an "add unit" button, click this button. Now Enter as much info as you can on this page. All billing info for HOA dues to be invoices are tied to Units not Owners. So this is the page where you will enter the amounts and billing cycles for the HOA dues per unit.you can always skip this step and add it later as well to attach an owner to this unit, you can do so after you save the unit, you'll see an 'Add owner' button on the unit profile page. Once you have entered all the information you can click the "create" button at the bottom right of the page.
