How do I create a custom list I can use to print invoices?

If there are only some owners in your community that require a printed invoice you can create a custom list of these owners and then only print invoice for those owner on this list. To set this up go to Tools>print. When you are on the print page you will see a list of units below that you can print an invoice for. At the top right of this list look for a button called "add custom list". When you click on add custom list you will see a box pop up where you can name the new list and then select which owners you would like to be added to this list and then click the "save" button at the bottom left. Once you have created a custom list you will now see this custom list in the dropdown menu of the print page. You will be able to go the print page, look for the dropdown towards the right hand side of the page, and then select this custom list in the dropdown. Once you do this the print page will now only show those owners or units that you had added to the custom print list. Once you have loaded this custom list you can click on the "generate pdf batch" button at the top right of the print page to generate these invoices that need to be printed.
