How do I close a violation?

Go to dashboard>violations once you are on the violations page you will want to click on the title of the violation that you want to work with. Once you are on that specific violations page you will first want to change the status of the violation to closed. If you don't have statuses yet make sure you set these up first. You should have a status of closed. Once you change the status to closed you will go back to the main violations page where it lists all violations and out to the very right of the violation you want to close you will see an "archive" column. Under this colum click on the trash icon. This will archive the violation and take it off the main violations page. You can always find archived violations by clicking on the "archived violations" button on the main violations page.
