You can utilize forms when giving the owners inside the HOA the ability to fill out requests through their online owner portal. When logged in if an owner needs to create a request they can fill out a form that you or any member of the HOA board has already built and has tagged to a particular request type. To create a Request Form go to the main menu on the left had side of your team member dashboard and click on Requests and then click on Request Forms>New Form.
