How can i setup my owners to be billed for their dues?

There are a few different kinds/types of dues that you can setup for an owner on a unit in the Easy HOA software. The first type of due is the main due that any/all unit owners are obligated to pay each month. You can set those dues up under the unit page under a button called "Billing". You can customize the frequency of the due(i.e monthly quarterly annually) and you can initially create the due with a starting date. You can even add an end date although this is not very common as most(if not all) owners are obligated to pay this according to the CC&Rs in your HOA. Note: If you import your data into the Easy HOA software via a CSV file your main HOA dues will more than likely be setup alreadyYou can also setup an additional recurring due on an owner's unit from the same page mentioned above(Billing button). This additional recurring due can be for anything you want it to be for ie.
