How can i send a printed template to a custom list of owners?

You can print a template letter for a custom list of owners for those that require a hard copy(rather than an email) of a template. You need to initially create the custom list by going to Tools>print. At the top right there is a button called "add custom list". When you click on add custom list you will see a box pop up where you can name the new list and then select which owners you would like to be added to this list and then click the "save" button at the bottom left. Once you have created a custom list you will now see this custom list in the dropdown menu of the print custom template page. You will be able to go the print custom template page, look for the dropdown towards the left hand side of the page, and then select this custom list in the dropdown. Once you do this the print custom template page will now only show those owners or units that you had added to the custom print list. Once you have loaded this custom list and have selected your template, you can choose your page orientation(portrait or landscape) and then click on the "generate templates pdf" button at the top right of the print page to generate the template that need to be printed for your custom list.
