To find out exactly when an owner had an autopay enabled on one or more of their units, go to the owner's account, go to the system notifications section of the main owner account page and scroll down to look at when the notification was sent to the owner that new recurring payment info has saved to their unit(autopay enabled).

If you cannot see that there was a notification sent to the owner, the settings may be turned off for the owner to be notified.
Note: The owner will be notified when a new payment account has been saved to their unit(autopay) if they have enabled that particular notification in their notification preferences. To Manage Notification preferences, go to the speficic unit you would like to control the settings for and then click on "Notification Preferences"

Note: To control the notification settings when new payment information is saved to units for all owners in the HOA, click on Templates in the main menu on the left hand side of the EasyHOA software and make sure you have the setting enabled to email and/or text a notification to the owner when new recurring payment info has been saved to one or more of their units.
