How can i be notified when a new request comes in?

Requests can be initiated and created by either a board/team member through the board/team member dashboard or by an owner through the unique owner portal that each owner in the HOA has access to. Once a request has been created either by an owner through their online portal, or by a manager or admin of the HOA the request goes into the administrative dashboard as a new request and can be viewed by visiting the main menu page called “Requests”. New requests will be on the top of the page. To drill down and view the exact details of the request, click on the name or title of the request. The request page allows you to print the request by clicking the print button at the top of the page. As a board, you can also comment about the request in the “board member internal notes” area of the page. That area/section is a collaborative comment section that allows other administrators or board members to add notes about the request internally without the owner seeing any of the comments. If administrators or board members want to start a communication dialogue with the owner, they can compose email/text by clicking the “compose email/text” button shown above. If you have committees and you would like those committees to be notified immediately when a new request is made you can set that up in the committee notification section of the software. Tools>Committees. to learn more about committee notifications visit this page of our support site: https://support.easyhoa.com/committee/ As a board member or admin of the HOA, if you do not immediately see that there is a new request and the request is not viewed by you or any member of your team, the EasyHOA software can email or text you a report that shows you certain items that were unattended to during that calendar day. This is called the daily report and can be found on Tools>Boards>Board Notifications/Daily Report.
