How can i be immediately notified when someone sends an email to our HOA email?

Email forwarding allows you to automatically send a copy of an email that comes to your HOA email (ex. yourhoa@easyhoa.mail) to another email address. A copy of the message sent to yourhoa@easyhoa.mail will go into another inbox that you may have that may be more readily available and can be seen quicker(maybe a work or a personal email). It also serves as a tool to notify various other people or groups that help you manage the HOA.The sender that sends the original message will send a message to yourhoa@easyhoa.mail. The message goes into the inbox that EasyHOA provides your HOA but if email forwarding is turned on it will forward a copy of the email to other specified email addresses.
