How Can I Add A Special Assessment

Special Assessments can be added to units by first visiting the unit page of the unit that you would like to add the special assessment to. When you are on the main unit page click on the "Billing" button and scroll down to "Add a one time invoice" Visit this page to watch a video for more information!

If you would like to add special assessments or "one-time" invoices to mass quantities to any or all units within the HOA go to Tools>Dues Manager and click on "one time fees" at the top.  Then, on that page you can go through and customize the fee you would like to add and select which units you would like the fee to apply to.
