Overview

EasyHOA Bill Pay allows your HOA to pay vendor invoices securely through your bank account using ACH or mailed checks. This feature is powered by AvidXchange and fully integrated into your EasyHOA dashboard.

How It Works

  1. Enter or upload vendor invoices
  2. Approve payments (if using approval workflows)
  3. Submit payments through EasyHOA Bill Pay
  4. EasyHOA sends payment instructions to AvidXchange
  5. AvidXchange processes and delivers the payment

Payment Methods

  • ACH (AvidPay Direct) – fastest delivery (~3 business days)
  • Check – printed and mailed via USPS
  • Virtual Card (when applicable) – one-time secure card payment
