This article will help you add a link to a document for your forms. It involves adding a little bit of HTML. But don't worry it's easy, we'll show you what and how to do it

<li>First you'll pull up your form builder and find the 'HTML' Option.</li>

2. Next you will add the HTML shown below in the “HTML markup” area shown in the screenshot below.
Pay attention below to the area that says, a href='url of where the document is' because you need to change what's in the parentheses with the URL of the document that your linking to.
Also pay attention to the part that says, “Name that will show as the document” you will want to edit this as well.

3. View and Test
