Here is a list of some of the bigger software feature additions we have made in 2024:( last updated 10/28/24)

 

• Mass Text Feature - Added the ability to send a text on a mass level to all owners in the HOA. This is not a 'group' text but rather a Mass text capability. We also added a few preloaded groups (all owners, primary owners, and board members). We also created the ability for placeholders to be added to the text message.
• Bank Statement Import Tool > We can now support a CSV import from the bank with all the transactions. This helps if the Plaid integration isn't working or connecting properly.
• A New Letter Printing Feature- Ability to print Templates (Located under 'Tools > Print). We now have a tab called 'Print Custom Templates': With this feature, you can filter the owners, Select the template you'd like to print (using placeholders or not), and then 'generate PDF' which will generate all the letters in a PDF which you can print out.
• Email Drafts Capability: We added the ability to save emails as drafts. If you're at the last page of sending an email and try to navigate away an alert will pop up and ask if you want to save the email as a draft or not.
• Website Builder with Widgets: This was a huge project. We changed up our entire website tool to have more options to add content, more pages, etc. We added the ability for Widgets, i.e. 1 column, 2 column, checklist, image carousel, pictures with overlay text, contact form, website forms, html form, HOA docs, News, events, and Board list.
• Website Forms: Created the ability to have forms that can be filled out on the website without having to be logged in. We're recording the answers and emailing them to the HOA.
• Multiple Unit Payments: We tested this with a few HOAs as a beta test and We finally decided to push and open this functionality for all HOAs. This is if an owner has ownership of multiple units/lots in their HOA there is a way to make 1 payment that will cover all of them.
• Website Forms > Notification Tool: We created a notification tool to alert specific email addresses besides the HOA's email address whenever there is a new website form that has been completed
• Email Folders/Labels: This one is awesome! We can now create custom folders/labels for emails, organize them and filter them. Here's an overview video of how it works.
• Creating Groups: Under the Email Settings section if you add a new group we automatically add this group under the 'Text > Mass text' feature. We also add any New Committee group as an email/txt group.
• SpellCheck Feature: We integrated with a spell check feature for each of our wysiwyg editors.
• AI Feature for Wysiwyg Text Editor: Now on any of the Email compose pages, or Template creation pages we now have more options to use AI features to help us compose a strong email or letter. video
• Accounting Tools > Reconciliation Tool: we built this tool so that you can now easily verify the accuracy of account balances by comparing your internal records with your bank statements.
