If in the rare occasion that you as an administrator of the HOA and/or an owner in the HOA encounter an error message in the EasyHOA software either through the dashboard or the owner portal while using the software, please report it as soon as possible. Details that would help us pinpoint and fix the error from happening would be greatly appreciated. Details such as the user's name, the HOA name, the page that the user was on when the error message occured, the reason the user was on the apge(i.e making a payment, printing an invoice, etc).
