Email Forwarding
This article explains email forwarding and what it can do for you as a manager of your HOA.
Email forwarding allows you to automatically send a message that comes to your HOA email (ex. yourhoa@easyhoa.mail) to another email address. This helps so a copy of the message sent to yourhoa@easyhoa.mail will go into another inbox that you may have that may be more readily available and can be seen quicker. It also serves as a tool to notify various other people or groups that help you manage the HOA.
The sender that sends the original message will send a message to yourhoa@easyhoa.mail. The message goes into the inbox that EasyHOA provides your HOA but if email forwarding is turned on, it will forward a copy of the email to other specified email addresses.
To add forwarding addresses, go to Inbox- Email, Text, Phone and click on “Email” and then click on email settings:
