You can access the ability to edit the pages of your website under the “Tools>website” menu navigation. From there you will see the pages that you can edit which when saved are immediately published to your live website. These pages include.

Home page
Contact Page
Documents Page
Board Page
News Page
Events Page

The documents page is directly tied to your management software and will show any documents/folders that you have marked to be “shared with website” See below:

You can edit the content on each Page of your site by clicking the edit button.

When you click “edit” on say your “Home” page it will take you to a screen that looks like this:

On this screen you can add meta keywords and meta descriptions for each page to help for SEO(Search engine optimization purposes). You can also choose whether or not you want the page to be shown on the main menu of the website and/or you can change the name of the title of the page that shows up on the main menu of your HOA website.

Towards the bottom of the edit page, there is a section where you can manage the Page Content and there is a section where you can add widgets to your site. There are various widgets that you can select from that each have different functions. You can add multiple widgets on a page as they “stack” on top of each other when you add them.

The widgets that you add to a page that pull information from the management software and auto-populate the content that has been entered in are:

Website Forms- When this widget is added to a page, it will pull in all the website forms that you have previously created under Tools>Website>Forms
HOA Documents- When this widget is added to a page, the documents that have been added and shared w/ website are shown on the widget(*see above note regarding HOA Document management)
HOA News- When this widget is added to a page, the HOA news that was added in on Tools>Website>News will appear on the widget
HOA Events- When this widget is added to a page, the HOA events that were added in on Tools>Website>Events will appear on the widget
HOA Board- When this widget is added to a page, the HOA board that was added in on Tools>Boards will appear on the widget

The remaining widgets on the options to choose from are:

One Column- A section that you can add content to that has one column
Two Column- A section that you can add content to that has two columns
Three Column- A section that you can add content to that has three columns
Checklist- A section that allows you to add content in checklist form
Image Carousel- A section that allows you to upload various images that rotate every few seconds when a visitor is on the page.
Image Carousel with overlay text- A section that allows you to upload various images that rotate every few seconds when a visitor is on the page. The widget also gives you the ability to add text that appears over the top of the images that rotate.
Picture with overlay text- A section where you can add an image with text that appears on top of the image.
Contact Form- A section that allows a visitor to send in a message to the administrator or manager of the HOA.
