Domain Name and DNS settings

You can get a custom domain name or use the URL we provide. This will allow your owners to know where to go to log in to their account, see documents, events, announcements etc. You will always have a website hosted here https://easyhoa.website/(thenameofyourHOA) So buying a unique domain name isn’t necessary but some HOA’s like to have a specific URL that’s easier to type in your internet browser.

When deciding on a domain name and connecting it to the website we provide. We will assist through the entire process and it can actually be pretty quick depending on what you decide. There are 2 options as shown below.

Option 1: Tell us what domain name you want and we can purchase it for you and connect it to your website.

IF you already own the domain name you can also transfer it to us. (you would have to 'unlock the domain name and send us the Authorization code)
 

Option 2: IF you already have the domain name purchased in your account and want to keep it in your account, then you will need to update the DNS settings. Included, are the instructions below for you to add to the DNS. The TXT record is TBD until you can tell us the name of the domain, then we will send you the value of the TXT record.

 

Once you get these entered, I'll need you to let us know because there are some things that we need to do on our end.
