Difference Between Board and Owner Logins

From your HOA's website, you can log in as a board member or homeowner. A homeowner will have a separate login that is managed through the software under the owner's page. If a board member needs access to the management software, they must be created as a team member first under the “My Team” page. To learn more, watch the video below.

Note: You can have the same username (email) and password for your owner login and board login. The difference is the portal/URL you go to:
