Delete an Owner

You can only delete (or archive) an owner if they are not tied to a unit. So if the owner is still attached as an owner to a unit you will want to remove them first.
 

If the owner doesn’t have a unit, then you can simply archive them by going to the “owners” list and next to their name there is a “trashcan” icon which will “archive” them. As shown below..
 

If you ever need to pull those removed/archived owners back up to look up any history related to them you can simply change the filter at the top of the owners list
