The contractors page is located in the main menu of the easyhoa software. The contractors page is where you can add and manage contractors information for the HOA. Right now we do not support paying the contractor through the software but that is coming soon. When you click on contractors in the main main menu it takes you to the main contractors page. On the main contractors page you are able to search for a contractor through the search bar at the top or click on the "add contractor" button at the top right. Below the search bar is a list of all the contractors that have been added into the software. This list has the following column titles: Company name, email, contact name, company phone, W9 on file?, contract expiration date, and an archive option. On the main contractors page if you click on the "add contractor" button you will be taken to the page where you can add a new contractor into the software. At the top of this add contractor page there is a title section called "contractor information" with the following options and fields: company name, email, spot to upload a logo, primary contact, primary contact phone number, account number, place to upload a W9, mailing address for the contractor, and the end date if any to the contract with the contractor. Below this contractor information section is a title section called "contacts". This section has a button called "add contact" which if you click will pop a box up where you can add the name phone email and any notes for this new contact. The contacts section is designed to keep contact information for different people that might work for the contractor. In the contacts section there is an edit and delete icon out to the right. Below this contacts section on the contractors page is a titled section called "files" with a button called "add file" where you can upload files for this contractor. An example might be a current contract with this contractor if any is in place. Below this files section is a titled section called "Notes" where you can click on the "add note" button to add custom notes to this contractor account. Once a note has been added there is an edit and delete icon out to the right for each note. Once all of this information has been entered you will click on the "Create" button located at the bottom right of the page to create this contractor. Once a contractor has been created in the software they will show up in the list of contractors located on the main contractors page. If you click on the company name of the contractor you will be taken to that specific contractors page where you can see that contractors detailed information and then edit, add, or delete any of that information. This is how you would manage a contractor account.
