Can I set up a reminder for the software to remind board members about violations that are still open?

Yes you can do this by going to dashboard>violations>violation settings and then clicking on the "rules" menu item. Once you are on this page click the "add new rule" button and create the title, number of days to apply, and email content for the message. At the bottom under recipients select who should get this reminder click add and then click "save".
