Board Member Daily Activity Report

To help board members remember to login and take care of pending tasks within the EasyHOA software we built a function that will email and/or text board members a report with pending action items on it. An example of an item that would be included on this report would be an email that was not taken care of. If at any time there is an email that comes into the HOA's general inbox and that email has not yet been opened/viewed by a board member, the EasyHOA software will include that there is an un-opened email on the daily report.

IF a new email comes into the board member shared inbox and a board member logs in and clicks on it; THEN this will not be included on the daily report. However IF a new email comes in and is not viewed or clicked on THEN it will be included on the daily report. The best use case is for small HOA's who aren't logging into the software each day

To control the settings of who receives a daily report via email and/or text, go to Tools>Boards and then click in the middle of the page on the menu item titles “Board Notifications/Daily Report”
