Standard Fee

• $2.99 per payment (ACH or check)

What’s Included

• Payment processing
• Vendor payment delivery (ACH or check)
• Payment tracking and reporting
• Vendor outreach and enrollment

What’s Not Included

Some scenarios may involve additional fees handled by AvidXchange:

• ACH return (failed bank debit)
• Stop payment requests
• Expedited check delivery (if requested)

Important Notes

• There are no monthly or setup fees
• Fees are processed automatically when payments are submitted
• Vendors may have their own processing costs depending on how they receive payments
