When writing a new email message or template you have the ability to use placeholders within in that message. On the page where you compose the email or create the template there is a dropdown menu item called "Insert Placeholder". When you select this dropdown you will see a list of placeholder you may insert into the email or template. An example of a placeholder looks like this [[association_address]]. So when you insert this placeholder into the draft of the email or template when you go to send that email or template the body of the message will insert the association address into that spot in the message. This makes documents dynamic so that when you go to send them they can have the most updated and relevant data. Here is a list of the current placeholders that the EasyHOA software has available to use: association address, association dashboard login page, association email, association name, association phone, association website, contractor name, date in 15 days, date in 30 days, date, days behind, name of campaign, balance, billing cycle, due amount, HOA new emails, HOA new requests, HOA new texts, HOA new voicemails, last 4 of primary payment methods, new bill due, owner email address, owner mailing address, owner mailing city state zip, owner mailing street address 1, owner mailing street address 2, owner name, owner password, owner phone number, owner username, paid line items, paid to date, past due balance, request creation date, request description, request type, survey link, title of request, transaction explanation, transaction message, transaction payment date, unit address, unit city, unit lot number, unit name, unpaid line items.
