Add a Credit - How to add a credit to a unit

Adding a credit is pretty simple. Navigate to the unit that you would like to add a credit for. The screenshot below shows where this is located.

Once you click on this “Add credit” button you can add a credit on this pop up screen. You can add the amount, and a description. This will update the balance on the account and also show as a line item in the billing history.
