When logged in to the EasyHOA software, there is a main menu item called Accounting. This main accounting menu item is actually a dropdown and when you click on it you will see the following sub-menu items that are located under the accounting main menu: Transactions, chart of accounts, reconciliation, budgets, reports, and accounting settings. You will need to click on one of these sub-menu items to go to that specific page under accounting. The accounting section of the software is available to all of EasyHOA accounts and is essentially a built in accounting software similar to quickbooks for the HOA to use. Under this accounting module the HOA can connect their HOA bank account to the software, manage all of their transactions, create a chart of accounts, create and manage budgets, and run the main financial reports like profit and loss and cash flow reports.
