Community Forum: Watch Video - Dashboard users or Owner users can create a forum post. When an owner creates a post it will email the HOA inbox to let the HOA know that someone "created a new post". Comments are only allowed to be made when 'logged in'

Enhancements

Loading time for creating email groups: for large associations this was taking a long time and we optomized it to be quicker.
We just enhanced the email spam filters; we are now marking the 'domain' from a spam sender as spam. as well as the exact subject line that matches previously matched subject lines that have been marked as spam.
Chart of Accounts > Export PDF: we worked on this so that whatever filters you have setup at the time you export that will be what shows on the PDF. for example if you have "show archived" then it will show them.
Accounting Reconciliations: We worked on how uncleared checks can process over to the next reconciliation event if they didn't get 'matched' in the previous reconciliation.
Units > custom unit field for Yes, No is now a radio button instead of a toggle which visually looks better and makes more sense.
Requests: we added a placeholder for "Requst ID". we've also added a "board email list" dropdown within the request email communication log to help cc different board members easily.
Added a note under the "calendar" next to the filters at the top that lets the users know that recurring events only show 12 months at a time.
Email Inbox - Improved page loading for the different pages (ie inbox, sent, archived etc)
We addressed a billing scenario where a dashboard user zeroed out the balance after a credit card payment but elected to keep the processing fees unpaid. We improved the display in the billing history to more clearly show exactly what happened.

Bugs

Fixed an issue where when we updated the late/lien rules we didn't copy all the "categories that were subject to the late/lien rules" to the new way of creating the rules. This resulted in a some HOA's that had more than 1 category to not have them show up and some fees didn't get charged, we found out which ones were affected and retroactively created those late fees on those specific units/HOAs.
Invoice: owner address was showing a comma automatically where it shouldn't. (fixed)
Violation Error: HTML Content is missing error. Fixed
Found a scenario where a few units had more than 1 primary owner (fixed!)
Announcement/News: If you edit an existing one we fixed a few issues where it wasn't updating the new image. etc. we also updated how it showing on the owners side when there is an "edit".
With new updates to the accounting: reconciliations tool in prep for 'accrual' we had some reconciliations that weren't showing all the transactions 'matched'. We fixed these going forward.
Requests communication log: When you selected a template to prepopulate, the text content wasn't populating from the template. (fixed)
Daily Board notificiations for a board member wasn't saving to be on (fixed!)
for 2 days this month, dues populated correctly, but a CPU issue stopped some notifications from going out for a few HOAs. We located the missed notifications and fixed it. We also set up some alerts in case this happens again.
Journal entry isn't pulling into the reconciliation tab (fixed!)
Fixed a forum bug where an error showed when you clicked into a post from the dashboard side (fixed)
Request Form created on the dashboard side wasn't allowing the owner to fill it out because it was already "completed" (fixed!)
