Here is the update on our latest product release, including new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and internal updates.
New Features
- Multiple HOA Email Addresses: You can now add multiple email addresses for your HOA. Please note that this is not a full inbox; these addresses forward incoming emails to a personal email address. In the settings, you can choose whether replies appear in the HOA inbox and set up automatic routing to specific email folders. Video

- Accounting: Updated the new transaction rules tool to default to a specific contractor or vendor.
Enhancements
- Spam Filters: Added new logic and flags to prevent false positives.
- Approvals Report: Added two new columns: Invoice Date and Creation Date.
- Tools > Print: Printed invoices now include the lot number, if applicable.
- Approvals History: Updated the system to always display the names of past board members involved in historical approvals, even if their user accounts have been removed.
- Owner Login Portal: Added the ability to sort and filter requests and violations by headers (e.g., creation date, ID, type, status).
- Calendar Events: Added the ability to edit a calendar event without deleting it. Users can now upload multiple images, view allowed file types, and view all uploaded images on the owner side.
Bug Fixes
- Email Drafts: Resolved an issue where saving an email as a draft did not correctly save the recipient list.
- Owner Contact Info: Fixed a bug where only the phone number was displayed instead of the owner's name.
- HOA Logo: Fixed an issue preventing the HOA logo from displaying on the owner login side.
- Invoice Formatting: Adjusted spacing and margins to prevent long HOA names from overlapping with the invoice title.
- Safari File Imports: Fixed the import file functionality to ensure it works when downloading from the Safari browser.
- Email Fields: Fixed an issue where typing an email address when replying to a thread would incorrectly add it to the To, CC, and BCC fields simultaneously.
- Balance Placeholder: Corrected the [[balance]] placeholder to exclude archived line items from the total balance.
- Email Reply All: Resolved a threading issue where responses from the HOA would separate a single email thread with multiple participants into multiple threads.
- QR Codes: Fixed the individual QR codes generated via the print PDF button for surveys and voting campaigns.
- Invoices Accrual Report: Fixed the filtering functionality.
- News Announcements: Fixed an issue where new announcements defaulted to the bottom instead of the top.
