- Operations: Added an Announcement Banner log so customers can see when we are aware of an issue and are actively working on it.
- Accounting Rules: Located under the "Transactions" page. You can now create a rule for a transaction name to automatically categorize it.
- User Updates: When an owner or board member creates a request, the "Created By" field on the request details page now dynamically updates if the user's name is subsequently edited.
- Performance: Improved load times for "Sent" and "Inbox" folders, which were slowing down queries for users with large volumes of email.
- Pay Bill Details: Added a "Batch ID" to the details of each bill to improve backend lookups.
- Spam Filtering: Enhanced incoming spam logic to better identify and filter unwanted emails.
- Phone Blocking: You can now block specific phone numbers from the "All Calls" page to prevent future calls.
- Blocked Email Tag: A new clickable link on the Dashboard > Owners page allows you to view status and manage blocks via the Email/SMS Suppression report.
- Voting/Survey Campaigns: Added a function to export forms as a printable PDF. Note: Some question types, such as dropdowns, may not display in the print view. This is intended to facilitate proxy voting.
- Late Lien Rules: Resolved an issue where some fee type categories were not correctly applied to Late Lien rules due to a missed migration.
- Duplicate Fees: Fixed a bug in the bill pay feature that occasionally caused duplicate stop-payment fees.
- Notifications: Resolved a timeout issue in the code that caused some HOAs to miss Late Lien notifications.
- Invoices: Removed archived invoices from populating in the [[UNPAID_LINE_ITEMS]] placeholder.
- Phone Configuration: Resolved an issue preventing the configuration of new phone numbers.
- Email Bounces: Fixed an issue where sending emails to invalid addresses (e.g., easyhoa.email) triggered incorrect automated reply loops.
- Profit & Loss: Fixed a one-off scenario where specific GLs were not appearing on the Profit & Loss report.
- Check Batching: Resolved an issue that prevented editing the check number on open check batches.
- Reply Cursor: Fixed a bug where hitting "Reply" placed the cursor in the "To" field instead of the message body.
- Unit History: Fixed a bug where the log failed to show when "Autopay" was enabled.
