New Features

• New Finished Approvals Report: This report breaks down completed approvals, title, date, approval type, status, acceptance type, and assigned approvers. You can export the data in a csv or pdf format as well. 
• Violation: Automatic Late fees: We built a tool allowing the HOA to automatically generate a late fee and send a notification to the owner if the violation isn't addressed. We built this so that 2 different scenarios can happen. (1) If the violation has a "violation fee" that isn't paid, a rule can trigger a "late fee" on the violation fee. Or (2) if the violation remains open for a "# of days," a late fee plus a notification to the owner can be generated after the number of grace period days has passed. 

Enhancements

• Existing Approvals: We created a way for users to add and delete approvers even after the approval has been made. We also created a new "approval acceptance type" for "Equal to 50%" 
• Violations/Request Communications Log Email area: We added the ability to add a CC email to the outgoing email.
• Invoice reminder verbiage: we added some verbiage to the descriptions to help the user know when to expect this template to go out. ie "Scheduled for around 8:00AM MST."
• New limited user permissions - we add the new "board member tasks" feature as an option for limited user permissions.
• AvidXchange integration: we're now allowing 2 addresses: a physical and mailing address. AvidXchange requires a physical address for bills to be processed even if they are being sent to a po box. 
• We updated the payment method dropdown so that the dashboard user must select a payment option instead of it defaulting to the top autopay option. (dashboard users were going to fast and making payents to the active payment account instead of switching the payment method)
• Templates > Features and Benefits for Owner logins: We updated this template to go to a youtube playlist so that we can control the 'next' video that starts autoplaying.
• Email forwarding: we enhanced this functionality to be able to forward an email to existing groups via "TO, CC, or BCC" 
• Violation report: we added "archived stats" to this report
• Added "spam" functionality to incoming phone calls, allowing you to mark a phone number as spam to block future calls from it.
• Voting campaigns: We created a setting to hide results until the campaign is complete, rather than showing them as they come in. This prevents dashboard users from seeing answers while voting is in progress.
• Bill Pay Errors: We've continued to work on errors that may occur with the bill pay feature. We've added alerts to inform the end user of the required action. Recently, the focus has been on ensuring addresses are filled out properly.

Bug Fixes

• Apple Deviced: dashboard on mobile device - logo is blocking the top few menu items (fixed)
• The [[date]] placeholder was still in UTC time zone instead of defaulting to the HOA's timezone. (fixed)
• Fixed a spelling error with "budger to budget" and fixed the date input field on the create new budget tool
• Accounting transaction dropdowns: we were showing all 'in active transactions" then we fixed that and it caused a bug where we were then not showing any categories. (fixed)
• Accounting: General Ledger > account were showing all "inactive" (fixed!)
• "Type Error - Failed to Fetch." fixed for a scenario fo accepting an amount for an approval
